We are thankful for the support of our partners – without them we would not have such a success.
Collaboration with Leket Israel
Thanks to the cooperation with Leket Israel, the food packages delivered to Holocaust survivors also include fresh nutritious agricultural produce rescued from farmers throughout Israel. Leket’s volunteer department assists in recruiting the volunteers for distribution of the packages to the homes of the Holocaust survivors. The donations made to support this project are done so through a dedicated donation page on the Leket Israel website. The funds raised are used solely for the project’s food purchase and operational expenses.
Collaboration with Hagai App
Noam Henig, founder of the Hagai App, donated to Shabbat Metuka and other organizations the app he developed that helps volunteers distribute food baskets easily and quickly. Thanks to Noam, Shabbat Metuka receives real-time reports and gets a visual picture of the distribution status.
